Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at bs.milwaukee@gmail.com. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help make it right.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For orders delivered to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
